Jephias Gwarinda
Jephias is the Managing Director and Chief Consultant responsible for the strategy of the company and its implementation. He leads a team of consultants who are subject matter experts within their respective areas of specialty. He has over 12 years’ experience of consulting in the areas of risk, governance and skills development within both private and public sectors, having worked for Deloitte Consulting for 5 years.
He holds a BCom Honours and a Master of Laws degree with specific focus on Commercial and Company Law. He is a members of the Institute of Risk management SA.
Senior Consultant: Education and Training
Delphine Ferreira
Delphine is a passionate Education Training and Development (ETD) Practitioner with 25+ years’ experience in ETD, Lecturing, Teaching and Education Management.
She holds Advanced ETD Qualifications and Professional Registrations. She has been a qualified skills development facilitator (SDF) since 1999 and consults on organisational development within organisations.
Her biggest strength is that she puts her heart into her ETD work, thereby delivering real, measurable results in the development of people.

Elton Zingwevu
Elton a finance, insurance and risk management professional. He has over 9 years’ experience in training and consulting within the financial services industry. He is an FSCA approved Compliance Officer.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Insurance and Risk Management also a master of Science in Finance and Investments.

Tich Makota
Tich has a strong client relations background with over 21 years’ experience within the employee benefits space. He is a registered Skills Moderator and Assessor with the Insurance Sector Training Authority and has been involved in financial services education and training since 2010.
He is also an Author of a book titled Trustee Handbook being used in Swaziland and Zimbabwe.
He holds an MSc Finance and Investments, BCom Insurance and Risk Management and a Certificate in Corporate Governance among a number of qualifications.

Brighton Mufumi
Brighton is a seasoned credit risk and financial service industry professional. His experience spans over 12 years in Commercial Banking and Impact Investment
specialising in Credit Risk Management, Lending, Investments, Portfolio Management, Treasury, Corporate Banking and Corporate Finance.
Included among his contributions to various institutions is training material development and review, conducting training/Facilitation of skills development course/programs, organisational process mapping, design and improvement and general business consulting in areas of risk, controls and systems design.
He holds a Master of Science in Finance and. Investments, a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Banking. He is Professional Banker with the Institute of Bankers South Africa and an Associate of Institute of Risk Management South Africa.

Sikhanyisile Dube
Sikhanyisile is an insurance practitioner with over 10 years’ experience is short term insurance training and underwriting. As an INSETA registered assessor, she has experience in delivering training projects for big corporates in the financial services industry like Telesure, AON and Discovery, just to mention a few.
She holds an Honours degree in Risk Management and Insurance and has successfully completed RE5 exams and COB training in both Personal lines and Commercial Lines.

Kennedy is an experienced network system engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Skilled in Racking, Microsoft Server Technologies, Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), Cyberoam, and VLAN. Strong information technology professional graduated from

Bruce is an experienced financial accountant with more than 12 years’ experience in financial accounting. He is a member of the South African Institute of Business Accountants.
He holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science.

Pamela Moyo
Pamela is a qualified professional nurse. She is also an experienced Medicals/Health Coach/Training Manager, Facilitator, Quality Assurance, Medical Claims Moderator, Underwriter, Health Financial Advisor, and Health Medical Advisor, with over 15 years’ work experience.
Her passion towards achieving success, willing to grow and learn and adaptive to adhoc, agile changes in any challenging environment, assertive, focused, goal oriented and committed to excellence makes her stand out as a consultant within the medical and healthcare space.
She holds a Bachelor of Science(BSc) Honours Degree in Nursing Science (BSc) and several other professional certificates.
